We've got internships available all year round! Through your internships you can look forward to:

• Opportunity to curate, coordinate and manage volunteering opportunities for fellow youths

Community Collaborators Team

Our team works alongside community organisations to curate meaningful and positive volunteering experiences for youth volunteers. This includes planning activities to promote deeper interaction between clients and the youth volunteers.

We also look into the training and orientation of youth volunteers in preparation for community service events.

Programme Architects Team

Our team is responsible for the design, development and implementation of Programme X, Youth Corps Leaders Programme, Youth Corps Community Internship. This also includes project scoping and partnership development with various stakeholders such as Social Service Agencies and social enterprises to curate projects for youths that contribute to community development.

Journey Crafters - Marketing & Communications Team

Our team is responsible for the marketing, communication, and digital engagement strategies to increase mindshare of Youth Corps, engage, re-engage and recruit youth volunteers. We work closely with the other departments in Youth Corps on their marketing and volunteer recruitment needs, and are always on the look out for opportunities to amplify our volunteers' stories and the impact they are making on the community. We hope to inspire more youths to step forward, connect with Youth Corps, and discover how they can contribute too!

Journey Crafters - Outreach and Engagement Team

The Outreach & Engagement team is responsible for recruitment and engagement of Youth Corps Singapore volunteers. This includes conducting outreach to various educational institutions and engaging volunteers through various milestone events. Our team also oversees the ‘Discover Civic Action (DCA)’ portal and the ‘Youth Corps Expedition Project (YEP)’ grant scheme.

Community Nurturers Team

The Community Nurturers (CN) team looks into building and strengthening communities within Youth Corps Singapore to engage, develop and sustain youth volunteers beyond their programme journey. This includes managing the Cluster Network as well as overseeing the Affiliate Scheme to support youth-run clusters and ground-up groups in championing volunteerism across diverse causes. The team also leads Project Re:ground, which advocates for mental well-being and peer support as a life skill through the Community Peer Supporters Programme and partnerships with like-minded organisations.
