Youth Corps Community Internship (YCCI) is a 5-6 month developmental programme where youths intern with one of Youth Corps' Community Partners in the community and social sector, while attending Skills Training, Career Explorations, Learning Journeys and serving the community.
Level Up with YCCI (Leaders Track)
Looking to develop your leadership skills while interning? Join the YCCI (Leaders Track) to gain hands-on leadership experience, guided by dedicated staff and mentors. Upon completion, you will be conferred as a Youth Corps Leader.

What's in it for you?

For Youths
Prior to application, please ensure that you fulfil the following criteria:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 17 to 25 years old;
Available for a 5-6 months full-time internship
Current student from ITE, Polytechnics, Autonomous Universities, or other educational institutions, or currently in a transition phase and keen in the social and community sector
Able to communicate with peers and actively participate in service sessions and group learning activities
If you are interested in developing your leadership skills, you can apply to the YCCI (Leaders Track)! Please note the following additional criteria:
Experience in a leadership position (e.g. CCA Exco), and/or volunteering track record
Not already a current Aspirant or conferred YCS Leader
Available for the entire programme period from March to September 2027

For Host Organisation
Organisations can take in youths as interns to curate or expand meaningful projects and services that impact the communities they serve, with funding support to cover the monthly internship allowance.
Prior to application, please ensure that your company meets the following criteria:
Registered or incorporated in Singapore
In the community/social sector, including NGOs, NPOs, and social enterprises (public agencies are not eligible)
Secular and non-partisan;
Able to offer full-time internship(s) from 5 to 6 months with clear learning objectives; and
Able to provide a supervisor to guide the intern(s) throughout the internship
