The Healthcare Youth Leaders Programme seeks to develop youth leaders who are trained in basic healthcare knowledge and eager to serve alongside medical professionals in the hospital as well as the community.

The Healthcare Youth Leaders Programme is a 12-month healthcare focused leadership development programme for youths aged 17 to 35 years old who are interested in healthcare. No prior healthcare knowledge is required.
The programme allows youths to gain basic support care certification, conduct home visits with healthcare mentors to support elderly patients and serve in the hospital attachments alongside nurses or physiotherapists.
