As an Associate Facilitator, your primary responsibility is to build a safe, fun and caring environment for your small group, enabling facilitation of learning activities, discussions and debriefs for the youth participants in our programmes.

Join us if you are:

  • Strong in facilitation and have past facilitation experience or training, preferably with youths.

  • Passionate about social causes

  • Keen in developing and nurturing youths
