Organisation Overview: MEMBINA Community is a non-profit organisation that aims to uplift and empower at-risk youths and their families in Singapore.
Brief Description:
1. Be part of MEMBINA Community’s fun and meaningful youth programmes that focus on empowerment, growth, and community vibes
2. A typical day looks like helping plan activities, prepping programme materials, supporting social media outreach, and vibing with youths during sessions
3. Learn hands-on how youth programmes are run and how community engagement works
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of youth programmes and engagement activities
Assist with social media content creation, sponsorship outreach, and follow-ups
Provide on-ground and administrative support for events and youth initiatives
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be exposed to youth engagement and programme planning
To be able to support social media content creation
To apply communication skills in sponsor and partner coordination
To participate in youth programmes and community activities
To learn how to handle basic admin tasks and event logistics
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10.00am - 7.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
