Organisation Overview: Antica Foundation, a newly established non-profit dedicated to enhancing community support for seniors, promoting workforce reintegration for ex-offenders, and fostering intergenerational engagement.

Brief Description: Are you a natural organizer with a heart for service? Join us as a Volunteer Management Intern and play a key role in coordinating, supporting, and uplifting our amazing volunteer community. This is a meaningful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in people management, event planning, and nonprofit operations—while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training

  2. Help schedule and coordinate volunteer shifts and assignments

  3. Maintain up-to-date volunteer records and contact lists

  4. Support internal communication with volunteers through emails, group chats, and updates

  5. Contribute to organizing appreciation events or team-building activities

  6. Monitor volunteer engagement and collect feedback for improvement

  7. Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment for all volunteers

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
