Organisation Overview: TriGen was founded in 2020 to serve vulnerable older adults in Singapore with innovative intergenerational programmes. TriGen strives to bridge generational gaps through relationship building and meaningful interactions in its programmes. TriGen hopes to inculcate youths with a passion for service and offer them a platform to gain healthcare and caregiving skills.
Brief Description: As a Publicity & Content Creation Intern at TriGen@SGH, you will play a crucial role in shaping our communication strategy and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your creativity and ideas will be valued and encouraged. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in comms planning, content development, and digital marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing communication plans and strategies to promote TriGen@SGH initiatives and programs
Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop messaging, and ensure brand consistency
Conduct research on healthcare trends, youth engagement strategies, and audience demographics to inform communication efforts
Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns, including logistics coordination and participant engagement
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Gain valuable hands-on experience in communication strategy, content creation, and digital marketing
Work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment
Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives that make a difference in healthcare

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
Requirements (if any):
• As TriGen is an organisation formed largely by volunteers, there will be meetings which will occur on weekday nights and/or weekends. If you are required to attend these meetings beyond working hours, you will be able to claim time-off and off-in-lieus accordingly
• We look for interns who are passionate about serving the older adults and empowering the community to care for these older adults. Traits we look for include: Commitment, initiative, willingness to learn
