We work closely with schools, companies, and community partners to design pathways that build independence, confidence, and long-term employability for individuals with diverse abilities.

Brief Description:

The System Tester Intern supports Inclus Singapore by testing internal systems, digital platforms, or tools used in training, operations, or program delivery. The intern helps ensure systems are user-friendly, reliable, and accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Testing and Validation:

  • Execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure that all objectives are met.

  • Identify and report bugs and issues, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce.

Documentation:

  • Document test cases, procedures, and test results.

  • Prepare and present test reports to the team, summarizing the findings and suggesting improvements.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and design appropriate test plans.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and insights on testing processes and product quality.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of testing tools and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Support:

  • Provide support to the QA team in maintaining testing environments.

  • Help troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues as they arise.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  • Understanding of Testing Methodologies: Gain a comprehensive understanding of various software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.

  • Familiarity with Testing Tools: Become proficient in using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks,

  • Bug Identification and Reporting: Develop the ability to identify, document, and report bugs effectively, including providing detailed steps to reproduce issues.

  • Execution of Test Cases: Learn to execute predefined test cases and develop the ability to create new test cases based on software requirements.

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
