Organisation Overview: Inclus is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs) through skills training, education, and employment. We work closely with schools, companies, and community partners to design pathways that build independence, confidence, and long-term employability for individuals with diverse abilities.

Brief Description:

The Social Media Marketing Intern supports Inclus Singapore’s digital presence by creating content, managing social media platforms, and helping to tell impactful stories about inclusion, employment, and community partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the team to develop social media plans/calendars for our movies and shows

  2. Coordinate social content and asset rollouts, reviews and approvals

  3. Support in campaign briefing, communications and alignments to agencies

  4. Participate in ideation and scripting for publicity content featuring our talents as applicable.

  5. Support in paid media strategy and planning, regularly checking campaign performance to identify opportunities for paid amplification and recommending optimizations

  6. Contribute to social coverage of marketing events where required

  7. Stay up to date with emerging trends and behaviours on social and digital channels, sharing inspiration with the team

  8. Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. Gain knowledge of branding strategies and implementation.

  2. Learn how to create content consistent with the tone and voice of the brand.

  3. Learn how to create a targeted customer profile.

  4. Learn how to navigate the day-to-day operations of a social enterprise.

  5. Improve their networking skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
