Project Management Intern (IAMinVISIBLE by Flower of Life Private Limited)

Organisation Overview: IAMinVISIBLE is a purpose-driven media and training agency. We harness the power of authentic storytelling to illuminate unseen voices, shift mindsets, and drive meaningful social impact. Our successful advocacy campaigns were featured in over 10 media across Asia.

Brief Description: This role involves engaging with community members, coordinating events, and contributing to initiatives that promote positive social impact. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in community development and program management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Community Outreach - Engage with local communities to identify needs, build relationships, and promote the organization's mission

2. Event Coordination - Contribute to the planning and execution of community events, workshops, and outreach activities

3. Program Development - Collaborate with the community development team to design and implement programs that address identified community needs

4. Communication - Support in creating content for social media and other communication channels

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To be exposed to real-world community engagement practices through active participation in outreach initiatives

2. To be able to coordinate and manage stakeholders effectively for events

3. To apply event planning and facilitation skills in the execution of community-based workshops and activities

4. To participate in collaborative program development aimed at addressing identified needs within local communities

5. To gain knowledge in building sustainable community partnerships and promoting an organization’s mission on the ground

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
