Brief Description: We’re looking for a thoughtful Programme Management Intern to support the planning, delivery and improvement of our youth development and inclusion programmes. You’ll help us shape meaningful learning experiences - from workshops and skills sessions to job tasters and community activities.
If you enjoy planning, coordinating, analysing and working directly with youth, this role gives you a front-row seat to how impactful programmes are designed and run.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end planning of programmes, including schedules, logistics and curriculum materials.
Assist in managing youth sessions, job tasters, workshops and learning activities.
Work directly with participants to gather feedback, observe progress and ensure sessions run smoothly.
Track programme data (attendance, engagement, feedback) and help prepare simple reports.
Work with schools, families, trainers and employers to coordinate programme needs.
Assist with documentation such as session plans, SOPs, checklists and follow-up notes.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be able to gain hands-on experience in programme design, delivery and evaluation.
To be exposed to insights into how real-world youth and inclusion programmes are structured.
To participate in engagement with school, families, partners and employers
To apply skills in facilitation, coordination, data tracking and process improvement.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
