Working closely with the Programme Manager and wider team, you will gain hands-on experience in organising sessions, liaising with participants, evaluating programme outcomes, and helping to refine our approach based on participant feedback. Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day programme administration, including scheduling workshops, managing participant sign-ups, and preparing session materials.
Support communication with participants, facilitators, volunteers, and partner organisations, ensuring information is shared in a timely and sensitive manner.
Help maintain accurate records and databases, including attendance tracking, safeguarding documentation, and feedback forms.
Participate in the planning and delivery of workshops and outreach activities, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
Contribute to monitoring and evaluation by gathering participant feedback, compiling data, and helping produce simple reports that inform programme development.
Support logistical needs such as room bookings, equipment preparation, and coordination with external venues or community partners.
Assist in developing new programme ideas alongside the team, drawing on research, best practices, and lived-experience insight.
Collaborate with the communications team to share updates, success stories, and promotional content in an ethical and trauma-informed way.
Ensure that all tasks are completed in line with safeguarding policies and Tapestry's values of empathy, respect, and inclusivity.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To develop programme coordination skills, planning, scheduling, and delivery of mental-health recovery programmes.
To be able to communicate sensitively, empathetically, and professionally with participants, facilitators, and partners.
To apply monitoring and evaluation methods by collecting, organising, and analysing participant feedback and attendance data.
