Brief Description: This role is responsible for researching and updating the training content. With the researched contents, the intern will work with the team to create program content and provide social media contents to advocate a JOYFUL, EXCITING and MOVIG wayoflife.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Research about self-mastery concept
2. Research about positive education concept
3. Research about new training methodology
4. Assist in current programs improvement
5. Assist in new programs design
6. Create new training materials and tools
7. Support in facilitating programs
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1. To learn research and conceptualization skills
2. To understand about self-mastery, positive education and training methodology
3. To learn how to design and develop experiential program
4. To learn to work with a team
5. To learn basic facilitating skills
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: No weekend work required
