Brief Description:
Manage the graphic design work of the company
Create and design various material for digital and print
Support in the ideation and creation of marketing campaigns and product development
Run A-B testing to identify growth hacking strategies
Support the Growthbeans team on improving asethetic part of products
Partake in the weekly team meetings
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To have face time with the co-founder of the company to learn from their start-up experience
To put into practice what you have learnt in school and pick up new marketing skills
To learn how to problem solve, project manage and how to make decisions
To be empowered to share ideas and put your ideas into action to add value to the organization
To develop your communication skills
To receive coaching
To be involved in Community Engagement and online events
To participate in Product development
To join our soft skills workshops and develop your soft skills
All interns with us will join our available workshops (for such sessions, be prepared to spend some weekends) to help you gain self-awareness of your strengths, purpose and success definition
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
