Brief Description: We’re looking for a motivated, socially minded Marketing & Outreach Intern to help us identify and engage potential partners across the corporate and NGO sectors.
This role is perfect for youths who enjoy communication, research, storytelling and want to learn how real-world change is made through collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Partner Discovery & Research
- Identify potential partners (corporations, NGOs, education institutions, foundations) who align with wellbeing, inclusion, sustainability, or innovation
- Conduct research, landscape scans, and trend mapping to support our partnership strategy
- Build and maintain a structured list/database of outreach opportunities
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
- Draft meaningful outreach messages and partnership proposals
- Support follow-ups, meeting coordination, and preparation of simple decks and case studies
- Help nurture positive, long-term, impact-oriented relationships with partners
3. Marketing & Communications
- Support content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to share our programmes, success stories, and community impact
- Assist with newsletters, blogs, and campaign materials that inspire action and reflect our values
- Help maintain a consistent, authentic voice across all channels
4. Event & Programme Support
- Assist with planning and promoting workshops, trainings, and community initiatives
- Support logistics, participant communication, and coordination where needed
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1. To be exposed to real-world partnership development processes across the corporate, NGO, and education sectors in Asia
2. To be able to conduct structured market and stakeholder research that supports social impact initiatives
3. To apply marketing, communication, and storytelling skills to inspire potential partners and highlight community impact
4. To participate in outreach efforts, meetings, and collaborative discussions that shape programmes in wellbeing, inclusion, sustainability, and innovation
5. To learn how to design and deliver effective digital communication materials (e.g., social posts, decks, outreach messages)
6. To gain knowledge in nature-inspired innovation, assistive technology, and community-driven approaches to positive change
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional evening/weekend work for special events/projects
