Organisation Overview: Established in 1992, Club Rainbow (Singapore) (CRS) is a non-profit organisation and charity with the mission to support and empower children with chronic illnesses and their families. Armed with the firm belief that every child deserves equal opportunities to lead a fulfilling and independent life, CRS supports our children and their families in more than 30 critical programmes, services and assistance schemes.
Brief Description: You will be working closely with our Community Partnership and Marketing team in community engagement, marketing outreach and fundraising events. Your involvement is important in our efforts to better support and empower children with chronic illnesses & their families.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing
Support creative marketing & awareness initiatives with outreach efforts through content marketing channels (both online and offline)
Assist in the implementation of marketing surveys
Support day-to-day marketing and fundraising activities as required
Community Partnership
Assist in all areas of fundraising events including the sourcing of corporate sponsors
Assist in setting up awareness booth and raising awareness about Club Rainbow to the general public during roadshows
Others
Take stock and make a record of charity merchandises received and delivered
Support the maintenance of data
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Be part of the formulation of creative marketing strategy process and designing engaging initiatives
Communication and negotiation skill development with internal and external stakeholders
Applicable knowledge of CRM software and marketing apps
Understanding and experience Real-World application (workplace, operating procedures, cross-matrix team collaboration)
Gain knowledge and first-hand experience on organising fundraising and awareness events
Duration of Internship: 5 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
