Working in nearly 100 countries around the world, we serve all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.

Brief Description: This role enables the intern to familiarize themselves with IT business/data processes of a non-profit fundraising organization, participating in the implementation of improvements to said processes. Their work would revolve hands-on activities around the key IT systems in our organization - our Supply Chain Management System (Dynamics SCM) and our Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce CRM).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Work with users and IT to understand current operating processes, as well as to craft, implement and maintain operational improvements.

  2. Familiarize with the fundamentals of our Salesforce CRM and Dynamics SCM - suggest, implement process / logic improvements to our existing business functions.

  3. Assist IT in crafting, maintaining and upkeeping of our business process documentation.

  4. Coding and implementation of Python programs to extract, load and transform (ELT) data for process improvements/automation.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To be exposed to Salesforce training through Trailhead and 1-to-1 Mentorship with Reporting Manager.

  2. To gain knowledge in Python, SQL Training (directly related to the underlying SCM data model) through online resources and 1-to-1 Mentorship with Reporting Manager.

  3. To participate in assisting crafting, maintaining and upkeeping of our business process documentation.

  4. To be able to have a good understanding of the non-profit fundraising environment and the key systems that keep the processes running

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm
