Organisation Overview: Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and empowering caregivers in our ageing society. As a non-profit Social Service Agency (SSA) registered with Registry of Societies, an Institute of Public Character (IPC) by Ministry of Health (MOH), and a proud member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), CWA operates with a vision to facilitate dignified ageing at home and within the community.
Brief Description: The Fundraising Intern will support the Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) in developing and implementing fundraising initiatives such as digital campaigns, donor relations, and sponsorship management. The intern will play a key role in driving awareness and engagement to sustain CWA’s programmes and services for caregivers and seniors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of digital fundraising campaigns across social media and online platforms.
Assist in donor management, including database maintenance, communication, and stewardship activities.
Conduct corporate research and assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and presentation decks.
Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign performance and prepare impact or progress reports.
Contribute to storytelling efforts by drafting donor updates and thank-you content.

To be exposed to non-profit fundraising strategies and donor engagement practices.
To be able to design and execute a fundraising campaign from start to finish.
To apply communication and analytical skills in managing donor and campaign data.
To participate in corporate partnership development and stewardship meetings.
To gain knowledge in digital marketing, impact reporting, and stakeholder relations within the social service sector.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
