Organisation Overview: HIM is a social enterprise that provides animal-assisted intervention and substance abuse counselling to beneficiaries including inmates, ex-offenders and their families and youth at risk. Brief Description:
Artery is a nonprofit support hub empowering early-career artists in Singapore through sustainable career pathways, increased visibility, and a thriving creative ecosystem.
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Producer to lead Artery’s digital content efforts. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and optimising engaging content across social and digital platforms to amplify our mission, showcase Singaporean artists, and grow our community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
Research cultural trends, artist stories, and platform insights to inform content ideas
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with Artery’s brand, programmes, and partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and integrate content
Content Creation & Production
Script, storyboard, and produce digital content (short-form videos, reels, carousels, interviews, BTS, graphics, audio content)
Write engaging captions and copy aligned with Artery’s tone and voice
Coordinate shoots, edits, and production workflows; host or voice over content when needed
Brand & Messaging
Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms
Work with designers and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Track and report key content performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions)
Test and refine content formats based on data and platform trends
Stay updated on platform algorithms and digital best practices
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be exposed to Singapore’s arts ecosystem and the role of digital storytelling in supporting early-career artists and cultural initiatives
To be able to plan, produce, and manage end-to-end digital content across multiple platforms aligned with organisational goals
To apply creative storytelling, copywriting, and basic production skills to amplify Artery’s mission and artist narratives
To participate in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, artists, and external creative partners
To learn how to analyse content performance data and optimise digital strategies based on audience insights and platform trends
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
