Organisation Overview: Founded in 2000, Bartley Community Care Services (BCCS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a caring and inclusive community where every individual — regardless of background — can thrive.
Over the years, we have grown from a small church-based initiative into a registered charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status, serving children, youths, families, and seniors through practical support, education, and community engagement.
Brief Description: The Corporate Communications(Digital Media) Executive supports the strategic communication and branding efforts of Bartley Community Care Services (BCCS). The role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital and corporate communications that strengthen BCCS’s visibility, engage stakeholders, and inspire community support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and multimedia.
Ensure all content reflects BCCS’s brand identity, mission, and values.
Corporate Communications
Draft press releases, reports, proposals, and other corporate materials.
Maintain consistency in messaging and visual branding across all communications.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute online campaigns to promote programmes, events, and fundraising initiatives.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on insights.
Event & Stakeholder Support
Assist in promoting community events, volunteer initiatives, and fundraising activities.
Coordinate media coverage and create promotional materials for stakeholders.
Analysis & Reporting
Track the effectiveness of communications efforts using analytics tools.
Provide recommendations to improve digital presence, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
Events Support
Provide support for physical BCCS events, including roving assistance for photography and videography

Develop skills in monitoring digital engagement, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations for improved outreach.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
