Brief Description: Join Diligent Ant's managed services team to gain comprehensive experience in business operations, client management, and service delivery. You'll support our contact center operations, work directly with clients, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Success & Account Management
1. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned managed services clients
2. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction
3. Monitor client metrics (NPS, CSAT, utilization rates) and recommend improvements
4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns
5. Develop customer success plans and retention strategies for key accounts
Business Development Support
1. Conduct product demonstrations for prospects in nonprofit and government sectors
2. Research market opportunities and competitive landscape in charity technology sector
3. Assist in creating sales presentations, case studies, and marketing materials
4. Track sales pipeline and support business development campaigns
5. Participate in networking events and industry conferences
Managed Services Operations
1. Support day-to-day operations of contact center services
2. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance metrics
3. Coordinate staffing schedules and resource allocation for contact center operations
4. Assist with quality assurance processes and agent performance reviews
5. Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management
Requirements Gathering & Project Coordination
1. Interview clients to understand business requirements and pain points
2. Document requirements and translate business needs into project specifications
3. Create process flows, user stories, and functional documentation
4. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across teams
5. Track project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders
Grant & Compliance Support
1. Assist clients with government grant applications and documentation
2. Ensure service delivery meets grant requirements and compliance standards
3. Research funding opportunities for clients

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
