Organisation Overview: Glyph Plus, an education social enterprise in Singapore, provides holistic education to underprivileged children through weekend activities and specialized programs. Guided by the Glyph Learning Journey Framework, it partners with government, schools, and non-profits to design impactful CSR programs. With 600+ events since 2017, Glyph emphasizes social impact and community engagement.

Brief Description: As a rapidly growing education social enterprise, we are dedicated to enhancing learning experiences for children. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the education sector while contributing to meaningful social impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Market research to identify partnership opportunities with government agencies, schools, non-profits, and corporates

  2. Design tailored education programs for underprivileged children based on The Glyph Learning Journey Framework

  3. Planning and execution of education events, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery

  4. Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and contribute to program evaluation

  5. Coordinate freelancers and provide train-the-trainers sessions to ensure effective implementation

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To be exposed to school and corporate projects

  2. To learn how to reach out to new customers

  3. To participate in running CSR events

  4. To be able to write proposals

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.30am - 6.30pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
