Organisation Overview: Casa Raudha Ltd is a social service agency dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. We provide safe shelter, case management, counselling, and community outreach programmes that promote awareness, prevention, and restoration. Through collaboration with partners and the community, we work to build safe, healthy, and resilient families.
Brief Description: The Fundraising Intern supports the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives to help sustain Casa Raudha’s programs and services. This role provides exposure to donor engagement, campaign management, and non-profit development work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and initiatives
Support donor outreach, communications, and relationship management
Help create fundraising materials (e.g., emails, social media content, proposals)
Assist in organizing fundraising events and community engagement activities
Maintain and update donor databases and records
Track donations and support basic reporting of fundraising performance
Conduct research on potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities
Support partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign summaries
Provide general administrative support to the fundraising team
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Exposure to fundraising strategies and donor engagement in a non-profit setting
Ability to support campaign planning, donor communications, and event coordination
Application of marketing, communication, and outreach skills in fundraising activities
Participation in fundraising campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives
Learning how to track donations, prepare reports, and manage donor databases
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
