Organisation Overview: Trampolene is an inclusive employment and job coaching non-profit organisation helping neurodiverse youths build real-world capability and move into sustainable employment.
Brief Description: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to support our outreach and storytelling efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging audiences, and using social media to make a meaningful impact for youth with special needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
2. Support the development of campaigns to promote programs, events, and initiatives
3. Capture and edit photos, videos, and short-form content
4. Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages where appropriate
5. Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
6. Assist in storytelling by highlighting trainee journeys and impact stories
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1. Interest in content creation, social media, or marketing
2. Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva) or video editing
3. Strong written communication skills
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
5. Passion for social impact and community engagement is a plus
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
