Organisation Overview: Skillseed is a Singaporean social enterprise, founded in 2013, dedicated to building trust-driven communities through experiential learning and asset-based community development. They design and facilitate programs focusing on community engagement, empathy, and social innovation, impacting over 8,000 participants and collaborating with over 40 community partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work directly with our Skillseed team to support the coordination, design and management of in-person and virtual learning events, projects and experiences
Gain the opportunity to participate in and contribute to upstream activities that impact program operations
Assist programme and project leads in programme coordination, and provide logistical and administrative support to Skillseed’s programmes
Support the team in the continuous improvement of programmes and projects for Skillseed’s diverse group of client partners through insights from market research or client feedback
Support business development efforts by creating sales and marketing content, and assist in the development of social media campaigns
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Learn how to coordinate event and programme logistics and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of socially impactful programmes
Learn to consolidate, analyse and interpret customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Learn to identify areas for enhancement for post-programme/project actionable recommendations
Learn how to create and develop collaterals for different stakeholders
Understand how to craft content for various communication channels (eg. social media and sales presentation decks) and a diverse group of client partners
Duration of Internship: 5 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.300am - 6.30pm
