Organisation Overview: Preschool Market is a Singapore-based social enterprise that designs and delivers future-ready learning programmes for young children, educators, and families. We partner with schools, communities, and government agencies to drive initiatives in STEAM, sustainability, and character development, fostering meaningful learning experiences and strengthening parent-preschool partnerships.

Brief Description: The intern will support the design and delivery of education and community programmes for young children and families. This includes assisting in programme planning, partner coordination, and on-ground execution of initiatives such as learning journeys, workshops, and national movements. The role offers exposure to early childhood innovation, community engagement, and programme development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support planning and coordination of education and community programmes

2. Assist in partner engagement and stakeholder communications

3. Contribute to programme design, content development, and resource preparation

4. Support on-ground execution of events, workshops, and learning journeys

5. Assist in research, documentation, and impact tracking of programmes

6. Provide administrative and operational support across projects

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To be exposed to programme development in early childhood education

2. To be able to support planning and execution of community initiatives

3. To apply communication and coordination skills with partners and stakeholders

4. To participate in on-ground programme delivery and event operations

5. To learn how to design meaningful learning experiences for children and families

6. To gain knowledge in community engagement and social impact work

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
