This diverse team brings a wealth of experience, with a significant number possessing WSQ accreditation in leadership, coaching, and facilitation. We're committed to delivering a structured, high-quality mentoring experience, driving positive outcomes for Singaporean youth.
Brief Description: Support the design and delivery of youth development programmes aligned to organisational goals. Assist in research, planning, and evaluation of programme impact. Coordinate stakeholders, manage logistics, and contribute to partnership engagement. Gain exposure to programme strategy, operations, and community outreach while supporting team initiatives and reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support volunteer management, which includes recruiting, engagement and coordination
Assist in planning, coordination, and on-ground programme delivery
Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes; support data collection and reporting
Coordinate with schools, partners, and stakeholders for programme execution
Provide logistical and administrative support (scheduling, procurement, documentation)
Contribute to partnership engagement and community outreach efforts
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and programme insights
Participate in team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Develop foundational skills in programme planning, coordination, and evaluation within a youth development context
Gain practical experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership coordination
Build competency in data collection, analysis, and impact reporting
Strengthen organisational, communication, and project management capabilities
Understand how programme strategy aligns with organisational mission and community outcomes
Understand the challenges in volunteer management
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours:
Mon - Thu, 9.00am - 6.30pm
Fri, 9.00am- 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
