Brief Description: This position is responsible for supporting FP training workshops and will be involved in the end-to-end programme management, including working on projects to enhance the various training programmes, operations, and evaluation. In addition to working with Special Needs colleagues and participants, the intern may need to co-facilitate in delivering programmes, handle multiple projects, shadow the team in business development, and contextualise new curriculum.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and curation of FP cooking and baking programmes for person with special needs and caregiver
Ensure the smooth delivery of workshops through meticulous and timely preparation of training materials and logistics
Run training workshops on our programmes for public and Day Activities centre
Assist in the post-training operations to track and monitor the quality of trainers and programme delivery
Improve programme delivery with staff, fellow interns, and associate trainers
Manage multiple projects and schedules to enhance the programmes and operations of the team
Take ownership of both your professional and personal growth to increase the effectiveness and impact of your back-end and front-facing functions

To learn how social enterprise create impact and sustainability
To get opportunities to interact and engage with persons with special needs to learn about their needs and challenges
To pick up transferrable skills such as project management and how to manage a room of participants
To grow in communication and personal effectiveness
To get opportunities to expand your job scope and shadow experienced staff at meetings with educators and corporate partners
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
