Organisation Overview: Growthbeans is a social enterprise with a vision for everyone to be self-aware, and empowered to grow, connect, and care.

Brief Description: This position is responsible for graphic designing, developing and executing marketing and communication campaigns as well as creating media and various write-ups to support product development and increase brand awareness for the organization. The intern will work closely with the co-founders of Growthbeans and other departments. By being part of this team, the intern will be helping to create impact by enhancing the self-awareness and wellbeing of individuals through connecting people.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the graphic design work of the company

2. Create and design various material for digital and print

3. Support in the ideation and creation of marketing campaigns and product development

4. Run A-B testing to identify growth hacking strategies

5. Support the Growthbeans team on improving aesthetic part of products

6. Partake in the weekly team meeting

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To put into practice what the intern has learnt in school and pick up new marketing skills

2. To learn how to problem solve, project manage and how to make decisions

3. To be empowered to share ideas and put ideas into action to add value to the organisation

4. To develop communication skills

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
