Organisation Overview: Life Community Ltd. seeks to affirm, nurture, and develop the intrinsic value of the individual to the fullest potential and inculcate love and develop respect within the family. Life Community focuses on social and community work like mentoring children, youths and families, and the provision of before and after-school care. We also partner with like-minded social service agencies to provide effective care for the less advantaged children and their families.
Brief Description: Life Community Ltd. is a child-centred agency dedicated to supporting children and families through mentoring, community programmes, and social initiatives. We believe every child deserves love, opportunity, and a future filled with hope.
We are looking for a committed and creative Marketing & Communications Intern to support our storytelling, outreach, and engagement efforts
Join us in bringing love, hope, and positive change to children and families
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns
Create content for social media, newsletters, and outreach platforms
Assist in event publicity and capture photo/video content
Help to maintain and update website and digital media assets
Design simple collaterals (posters, EDMs, visuals)
Conduct research to support publicity and donor engagement
Work with programme teams to highlight stories of children, youth, and families we serve

To gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within the social service sector
To gain opportunities to lead or contribute to real campaigns and outreach initiatives
To be exposed to meaningful ground programmes and community stories
To learn and work in a supportive team environment rooted in love, integrity, teamwork, and excellence
To have chances to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
Requirements (if any):
A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic student, Undergraduate from a Polytechnic or University (preferably majoring in Business / Marketing /Communications & Media / Design or a related field)
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Ability to use Canva or other basic design tools (Adobe Suite a bonus)
A responsible, organised, and curious approach to learning
A heart for children, families, and community impact
