Organisation Overview: Trampolene is an inclusive employment and job coaching non-profit organisation helping neurodiverse youths build real-world capability and move into sustainable employment.

Brief Description: We are looking for a dedicated Job Coach to support youth with special needs in their transition into the workplace. This role focuses on developing individualized support strategies, providing on-site guidance, and working closely with employers to foster inclusive and productive work environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans tailored to each trainee’s needs

2. Monitor trainee progress consistently and adjust intervention strategies based on data and observations

3. Provide on-site job support to help trainees meet workplace expectations and perform tasks effectively

4. Coach employers, supervisors, and co-workers on practical strategies to create an inclusive and supportive work environment

5. Facilitate communication between trainees and workplace stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth integration

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. Develop the ability to create and adapt individualized support plans based on trainee needs

2. Build skills in observing, tracking, and evaluating behavioral and workplace performance

3. Learn techniques to support trainees in real work environments while promoting independence

4. Understand how to engage and guide employers in inclusive practices

5. Strengthen communication skills across trainees, families, and workplace partners

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
