Organisation Overview: Happiness Initiative is a research-based social enterprise focused on the science of well-being. We envision a world where everyone is at their best by making well-being accessible. Through evidence-based well-being skills, tools, and initiatives, we partner with workplaces, schools, and communities to empower individuals and organisations to thrive.
Brief Description: Help us turn well-being science into engaging content that people actually want to read, watch, and share. You’ll bring ideas to life through videos, posts, and storytelling across our key platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create short-form videos, graphics, and social posts
Brainstorm and script content based on well-being concepts
Assist with photoshoots and filming days
Help manage social media scheduling and analytics
Support launches for products, events, and campaigns
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Learn how to translate research into engaging content
Build confidence in creative ideation and storytelling
Understand multi-platform content strategy
Gain hands-on skills in video editing and design
Learn how to analyse content performance to improve reach
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: No weekend work required
Requirements (if any):
Comfortable with basic video editing tools
Enjoys creating content on IG/TikTok
Bonus if you know Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
