Organisation Overview: Terra SG is a Singapore-based sustainability social enterprise that makes climate and environmental education practical and engaging. Through hands-on programmes and experiential learning, it builds carbon literacy, promotes circular economy practices, and drives waste reduction & responsible resource use. Terra SG works with schools, organisations, and communities to turn sustainability from abstract ideas into everyday actions, empowering people to contribute meaningfully to a greener future.

Brief Description: We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated Programmes, Experiences & Outreach Interns to join us. If you’re keen to build a career in meaningful, sustainability-focused programmes, we’d love to have you. You should be a proactive self-starter with strong creativity, communication skills, and the ability to multitask, stay organised, and pay attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct educational programmes and interactive workshops to individuals and groups

2. Develop new programme curriculum, hands-on experiences, and educational sharing slide decks

3. Preparation of logistics, resources and materials for all programmes and activities

4. Effectively plan and organise activities for individuals of all ages (from preschool children to senior citizens)

5. Support Lead/Manager in administrative works, e.g. maintain database, generate reports

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To possess a good command of English in both spoken and written forms

2. To have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people

3. To have a good systematic approach to handling tasks and work independently

4. To be comfortable speaking in front of groups and audiences

5. To be flexible, outgoing, vibrant, and resourceful

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?:

Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
