Organisation Overview: Casa Raudha Ltd is a social service agency dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. We provide safe shelter, case management, counselling, and community outreach programmes that promote awareness, prevention, and restoration. Through collaboration with partners and the community, we work to build safe, healthy, and resilient families.
Brief Description: Support planning and coordination of Casa Raudha’s programmes, workshops and community events. Assist with logistics, vendor liaison, volunteer coordination and event documentation. Help prepare proposals, reports and social media updates. Provide administrative support and work with partners to ensure smooth execution of outreach and restoration activities that strengthen community engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Programme & Event Support
Assist in planning and running events, workshops, outreach campaigns, and restoration programmes.
Support logistics, including venue setup, materials prep, and vendor coordination.
Help draft simple programme proposals and event briefs.
Assist in capturing photos/videos for documentation.
Sponsorship & Outreach Support
Support the team in sourcing small-scale sponsorships or partnerships.
Prepare outreach lists, follow-up emails, and supporting materials.
Volunteer Management Support
Assist in volunteer coordination for events and programmes.
Support maintenance of the volunteer database.
Help prepare volunteer communications (briefings, schedules, reminders).
Assist in identifying training needs through feedback collection.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Assist in preparing post-event reports and outcome summaries.
Compile attendance, feedback, and documentation.
Support monthly reporting for programmes and volunteers.
Help update social media and website with programme content

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
