Brief Description: This position is responsible for researching on self-mastery, positive education and new training methodology. With the research information, the intern will work with the trainer to improve the current programs or to design new programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Research about self-mastery concept

  2. Research about positive education concept

  3. Research about new training methodology

  4. Assist in current programmes improvement

  5. Assist in new programmes design

  6. Create new training materials and tools

  7. Support in facilitating programmes

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To learn research and conceptualization skills

  2. To understand about self-mastery, positive education and training methodology

  3. To learn how to design and develop experiential programmes

  4. To learn to work with a team

  5. To learn basic facilitating skills

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
