Brief Description: We seek a partnership Development Intern passionate about social impact and media strategy. This intern will support market expansion, outreach efforts, and strategic initiatives to scale IAMinVISIBLE’s impact in designing and facilitating storytelling programs, learning journeys to schools, workplaces and organisations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Assist in developing market entry strategies and growth plans.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.

Outreach & Partnerships:

• Engage with potential partners and stakeholders.

• Support networking efforts to build IAMinVISIBLE’s presence across key markets.

Market Expansion:

• Identify and evaluate new regional markets and industry trends.

• Help design campaigns tailored for diverse audiences across Singapore and Asia.

Administrative Support:

• Aid in organizing outreach efforts, including tracking metrics and impact data.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

Market Analysis & Strategy Development

• Gain skills in market research and strategic planning to support business growth initiatives.

• Outcome: Intern will be able to conduct competitor analysis, identify opportunities, and assist in formulating market entry strategies.

Relationship Building & Outreach

• Develop proficiency in partnership outreach and networking to strengthen business connections.

• Outcome: Intern will learn to engage with stakeholders and support collaborative efforts.

Project Management

• Learn to manage tasks, track project progress, and organize data for business development activities.

• Outcome: Intern will improve organizational skills and gain hands-on experience on the job training

Communication & Presentation

• Build skills in articulating ideas clearly and presenting business strategies effectively.

• Outcome: Intern will enhance communication capabilities, valuable for reporting and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
