Brief Description: As an Operation and Business Development Intern at Flour Power, you will be an integral part of our F&B operational processes. You’ll engage in various tasks and collaborate with different departments to streamline operations, optimize efficiency, and contribute innovative ideas. Additionally, you will assist in business development activities to expand Flour Power’s reach and impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Daily Operations: Engage hands-on in our F&B production processes and assist in streamlining day-to-day operations with Special Needs colleagues.

  2. Optimize Efficiency: Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse departments, gaining exposure to various facets of our operations and learning how they intertwine.

  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Flour Power’s reach.

  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  6. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.

  7. Proposal Preparation: Support the preparation of business proposals and presentations.
