Organisation Overview: Casa Raudha Ltd is a social service agency dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. We provide safe shelter, case management, counselling, and community outreach programmes that promote awareness, prevention, and restoration. Through collaboration with partners and the community, we work to build safe, healthy, and resilient families.
Brief Description: Support Casa Raudha’s marketing and fundraising efforts through content creation, social media updates, donor engagement and basic administration. Assist with posts, campaigns, photography, storytelling and managing online portals. Help prepare reports, update databases and support outreach or fundraising activities to strengthen awareness and community engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Communications & Content Support
Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Support photography/videography for campaigns and events.
Help maintain Casa Raudha’s branding and messaging across platforms.
Social Media Management
Assist in posting, scheduling, and tracking engagement.
Research trends and propose creative content ideas.
Compile basic analytics reports (reach, demographics, engagement).
Fundraising & Donor Support
Assist in managing donation portals (e.g., Giving.sg).
Help prepare thank-you messages and simple donor acknowledgment materials.
Support donor database updates and tracking.
Assist in small fundraising campaigns or events.
Administrative & Coordination Support
Assist in preparing minutes, reports, and documentation.
Help organise and run small-scale outreach or fundraising activities.
Perform general admin tasks for the MarCom/Fundraising department.

Experience using tools such as Canva, or analytics dashboards.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
