Since 2017, Bamboo Builders has trained tens of thousands of leaders in launching hundreds of initiatives that have made significant impact across Singapore and ASEAN.
Brief Description: The Marketing-Programs Intern will support the organisation's marketing initiatives and program promotion efforts. This role involves assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing social media content, creating promotional materials, and helping coordinate outreach activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, event promotion, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the organization's mission.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote organisational programs and initiatives
2. Create and manage social media content across various platforms to increase engagement and reach
3. Design promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and digital graphics for events and programs
4. Support the coordination of outreach activities and community engagement events with vulnerable groups
5. Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies
6. Assist in maintaining the organization's website and updating content as needed
7. Help prepare marketing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
8. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for program promotion
9. Support administrative tasks related to marketing operations and program management
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1. To be exposed to real-world marketing strategies and campaign development in a non-profit organization
2. To be able to create effective social media content and manage digital marketing platforms
3. To apply design principles and tools in developing promotional materials for various programs
4. To participate in community outreach events and engagement activities with vulnerable groups
5. To learn how to analyze marketing metrics and measure campaign effectiveness
6. To gain knowledge in program coordination and working sensitively with diverse community populations
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 5.30pm, WFH on Thu - Fri
