Organisation Overview: Flour Power by Seeteey Pte Ltd founded since 2020 is a socially responsible organisation that believes in empowering individuals with special needs and marginalised communities through skills training and employment opportunities. Brief Description: The Marketing and Events Intern will design, develop, and execute marketing and communication campaigns to increase brand awareness for the organization. Additionally, the intern will support the planning and execution of external events, such as bazaars, to promote Flour Power’s mission and products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the digital presence of the company (website and social media platforms).
Work on SEO for the Flour Power website.
Support the setup, delivery, performance, testing, and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Analyse and create digital marketing reports.
Run A/B testing to identify growth hacking strategies.
Plan, coordinate, and execute external events like bazaars to promote Flour Power’s products and mission.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth event logistics and operations.
Engage with the community during events to build relationships and gather feedback.
Assist in the development of marketing materials for events.

Apply academic knowledge in real-world marketing scenarios and acquire new marketing skills.

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
