Organisation Overview: Terra SG is a Singapore-based sustainability social enterprise that makes climate and environmental education practical and engaging. Through hands-on programmes and experiential learning, it builds carbon literacy, promotes circular economy practices, and drives waste reduction & responsible resource use. Terra SG works with schools, organisations, and communities to turn sustainability from abstract ideas into everyday actions, empowering people to contribute meaningfully to a greener future.

Brief Description: We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Marketing Interns to join our growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to have a trial at building a career in social media and content marketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include preparing promotional presentations, monitoring social platforms, and conducting market analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends

2. Work closely with Marketing Lead/Manager to prepare marketing plans, timelines and priorities for individual programmes and events

3. Create and execute digital and non-digital marketing campaigns to publicise programmes and events

4. Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback

5. Create and coordinate email newsletter/announcements in line with individual event and institutional goals

6. Prepare detailed promotional presentations

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To have a good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques

2. To have strong verbal and written communication skills

3. To have a passion for marketing and communications

4. To learn about niche marketing and communications in sustainability and environmental outreach

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?:

Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
