Organisation Overview: Established in 2016, Digital Dream is a social enterprise that provides creative digital solutions for schools, institutions, elderly homes, youth groups, commercial spaces and offices.

Brief Description: This position assists the creative team in developing contents for the Immersive Interactive Cave including graphic design, audio design, video inputs, background and environment design, user interface design, AR etc. for various contents for special needs, education, eldercare, youth and specific events. The intern will identify and articulate objectives, design story boards, present ideas, draw or acquire artwork or assets, design 2D/3D animations, develop content and test outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Creative Lead in content development for Special Needs, Education, Elderly activities and Youth programmes

  2. Research on current trends in digital education, awareness and advocacy subjects for all ages

  3. Present story boards and outcomes to be achieved from the contents so as to get buy in and approval

  4. Design 2D/3D assets and animations for contents and create experiences for Immersive Interactive Mixed Reality

  5. Test the contents developed

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To be exposed to opportunities to write, curate, and design contents for Immersive Interactive Mixed Reality activities

  2. To learn a new skill in digitalising contents in an Immersive Interactive Mixed Reality space

  3. To apply and expand on art, media and animation skills

  4. To collaborate with colleagues and clients

  5. To gain knowledge in Unity, Unreal Engine, 3DSMAX, Story scripting and UI UX

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
