Brief Description: Support the magic behind our events, workshops, and pop-ups. You’ll help bring meaningful experiences to life through smooth logistics, cheerful energy, and team. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Support planning and running workshops, talks, and pop-ups

  2. Coordinate logistics, packing, and event set-ups

  3. Help manage registrations, check-ins, and participant flow

  4. Assist with production and fulfilment of products

  5. Work closely with the team on behind-the-scenes operations

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. Learn how to run seamless events that feel lively and human

  2. Build practical operational and problem-solving skills

  3. Understand experience design and participant engagement

  4. Gain confidence in communication and teamwork under pressure

  5. Learn how a social enterprise runs from the inside

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects

Requirements (if any):

  • Enjoys hands-on work and meeting people

  • Comfortable moving around and helping with set-ups

  • Positive attitude and willing to try different tasks
