Brief Description: Support the delivery of seamless customer experiences across digital channels, combining customer service, communication, and digital marketing to engage and support users effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide frontline customer support via digital platforms (e.g. email, social media, chat)
Assist in updating website and social media content to drive engagement
Track and follow up on customer enquiries and application statuses
Strong admin skills is an advantage
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Develop strong digital customer service and communication skills
Gain hands-on experience in managing customer journeys across platforms
Understand how digital marketing and customer experience work together to drive engagement
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
