Brief Description: We are seeking a proactive and creative intern to join our Volunteer Management Team. This intern will focus on supporting the creation of volunteer management collaterals, including design elements, and assisting in volunteer deployment. This role provides hands-on experience in volunteer management and creative design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Support the design and development of various volunteer management materials, including, starter kit, appreciation cards, posters, and digital resources
2. Utilize graphic design software like Canva to create visually appealing and effective materials that communicate information clearly and engage stakeholders
3. Support in managing volunteers for programmes, ensuring they are engaged
4. Assist with the preparation of training materials and provide onsite support during sessions
5. Provide support and assistance in preparation, execution and operations of events
6. Perform administrative duties, including collating reports, maintaining the volunteer database, ensuring website (giving.sg) upkeep, handling data entry, and completing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Will this internship require weekend work?: Occasional weekend work for special events/projects
