[C14] Creative & Design Intern (Terra SG Pte Ltd)

Organisation Overview: Terra SG is a Singapore-based sustainability social enterprise that makes climate and environmental education practical and engaging. Through hands-on programmes and experiential learning, it builds carbon literacy, promotes circular economy practices, and drives waste reduction & responsible resource use. Terra SG works with schools, organisations, and communities to turn sustainability from abstract ideas into everyday actions, empowering people to contribute meaningfully to a greener future.

Brief Description: We are seeking Design & Creative Interns to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this internship position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials

2. Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval

3. Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software such as Adobe suite

4. Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary

5. Contribute to team efforts by working in team & partake in group collaborations

6. Create a wide range of graphics, animations and layouts for marketing collaterals, product illustrations, company logos, and websites

7. Conduct hands-on interactive workshops to individuals and groups

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To have relevant training in graphic design or a related field

2. To demonstrate strong graphic or media design skills

3. To be proficient in desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator

4. To possess a keen eye for visual composition

5. To manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Will this internship require weekend work?:

Flexible - weekend work may be required depending on operational needs
