Our platform provides a one-stop solution for them to kickstart their sustainability journey through education, innovation, and collaboration. We foster a community of like-minded individuals and organizations, and aim to drive positive change, and create a more resilient and competitive business landscape.
Brief Description: The intern will support our Community Engagement efforts to update our community members, including Buddies and Suppliers. On top of this, they will support other departments where necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Proofreading Buddy and Supplier applications, identifying gaps and areas of improvement, and providing advice on result of application,
Conduct interviews and/or email follow-ups where necessary for clarification from applicants
Upload the new buddies and suppliers on the platform and welcome them in the network,
Help to improve the welcoming process and registration process
Communicate New Buddies and new suppliers via Linkedin posts and EDMs
Conduct and help to improve the process for the yearly Buddies and Suppliers screening
Help to establish and conduct the strategy for better community engagement
Participate in conducting the yearly survey on the community members
Support other departments where necessary
The intern’s job scope may broaden to include other project activities related to the organisation’s development. E.g., Sustainability topic research for online resources, Event logistics, etc.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
To be exposed to the corporate sustainability landscape in Singapore
To develop practical hard and soft skills, and contribute in a hands-on way
To develop be able to coordinate with various stakeholders
To gain insights into various facets of sustainability
To develop skills in flexibility, independence, and teamwork
To learn to contribute ideas to team discussions
To learn communication skills across internal and external processes
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
