Sustainability Impact Intern, Communications and Marketing (The Matcha Initiative Limited)

Brief Description: Others: Sustainability

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the team's ideation and design of communication and marketing campaigns to increase the organisation's reputability, including

   1. Topic research on sustainability

   2. Copywriting and drafting Linkedin posts

   3. Designing visual collaterals for posts

2. Photography and videography for events

3. Support the team's impact measurement efforts to amplify the positive impact of the organisation

4. Support other departments where necessary

   1. The intern’s job scope may broaden to include other project activities related to the organisation’s development. E.g., Event logistics

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To be exposed to the corporate sustainability landscape in Singapore

2. To develop practical hard and soft skills, and contribute in a hands-on way

3. To develop be able to coordinate with various stakeholders

4. To gain insights into various facets of sustainability

5. To develop skills in flexibility, independence, and teamwork

6. To learn to contribute ideas to team discussions

7. To learn communication skills across internal and external processes

8. To learn project management from idea conceptualisation to implementation

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
