Social Media Marketing and Content Writer Intern (Bold At Work Pte Ltd)

Organisation Overview: Set up in 2017, Bold At Work’s mission is to enable youths to be bold and to do good work. We do this by emboldening youths with the mindsets and tools that they need to imagine new possibilities, navigate reality and create new paths forward, at work and in their communities. We also house an innovation studio lab in Jurong for social transformation, testing and bringing ideas to life in a community-based setting.

Brief Description: Bold At Work is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing and Content Writer Intern to join our team. If you’re enthusiastic about creating compelling content, building connections, and amplifying a brand that inspires curiosity, experimentation and bias to action, we’d love to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will assist with:

1. Researching, brainstorming ideas, and drafting content to further Bold’s offerings and brand; this will include both long-form and short-form content for our website and social media

2. Managing and monitoring Bold’s social media platforms and tracking analytics to gauge success of campaigns

3. Other tasks subject to agreement between yourself and Reporting Officer

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1. To gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation

2. To be exposed to opportunities to develop storytelling, branding, and campaign management skills

3. To receive mentorship and insights into how a purpose-driven organization operates

4. To have a chance to create meaningful work that inspires bold action and engagement

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
