Social Media Intern (Fyreflyz Pte Ltd)

Brief Description: Fyreflyz is a women-led social enterprise and award-winning marketing agency that empowers youth through real-world projects, mentorship, and skills training. As a host for NYC YCCI, we provide hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding, while fostering resilience, creativity, and confidence. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Support campaign execution and track social media performance metrics

• Conduct research on trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategie

• Brainstorm creative concepts for brand storytelling and youth-focused initiatives

• Capture behind-the-scenes moments at events and workshops

• Assist with community management (replying to DMs, comments, etc.)

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals

• Contribute ideas that promote social causes and highlight youth impact stories

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

• To be exposed to real-world digital marketing campaigns and brand-building strategies

• To be able to create content tailored for different social media platforms and target audiences

• To apply storytelling techniques and design principles in social impact marketing

• To participate in campaign ideation, brainstorming sessions, and live event coverage

• To learn how to analyze engagement data and optimize content for better performance

• To gain knowledge in youth engagement strategies and cause-driven branding

Duration of Internship: 6 months

Daily Working Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Minimum Qualification: No minimum education (i.e. A-level Graduates, Current Polytechnic students are welcome)
